Q1. Please clarify 106m2.
A1 . This is confirmed as Gross Internal Floor Area as now stated
in the brief
Q2. In respect of the (106m2 )gross internal area in
the brief: if the building includes voids over, say, double height spaces,
will the area need to be included within this, even if there is no "floor"
as such ?
A2. No - voids are not included.
Q3. Is this site specific?
A3. No- assume a level decontaminated site
Q4. We are Interior Designers- One Eco Homes –
and we would like to work with an Architect on a joint entry submission
A4. This is encouraged.
